We have recently become aware that an individual or individuals are falsely representing themselves as Belmont Village BESTIVAL and attempting to sell marketplace and food vendor spaces for this year's festival.
These scammers have created a fake application form and are requesting payment by Interac e-Transfer. These communications are not from BESTIVAL.
To help protect yourself, please remember:
We only accept vendor applications through our official BESTIVAL website.
We will never ask you to send payment to an unknown individual or personal email address.

If you are ever unsure whether a message is legitimate, please contact us through the contact information listed on our website before submitting an application or making a payment.
If you have already received a suspicious message, completed a form, or sent a payment to someone claiming to represent BESTIVAL, please contact your financial institution immediately and report the incident. We would also appreciate it if you could let us know so we can continue working to address the issue.
